We need people like you who can support our fundraising team with collecting donations at various locations across London.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be supporting us with all or some of the following tasks:

Holding a collection bucket.
Greeting passers-by enthusiastically and encouraging them to donate.
Interacting with the public and chatting about the work of St. Mungo’s
Promoting St Mungo’s work in an appropriate manner.

You can choose your dates and location when you sign up.

Good verbal communication skills with a friendly manner.
Ability to interact positively with supporters.
Client and customer focused.
Genuine interest in and commitment to St Mungo’s work and client group.
An understanding of the causes of homelessness and its impact.
An understanding of and commitment to diversity & equality.

Last year, our outreach teams worked with 9,040 people who were sleeping on the streets.

We also provided specialist healthcare, training and employment teams dedicated to helping people recover from their experiences and really turn their lives around for good.

Our aim is help every person we meet to recover and rebuild their lives.
